Sharif Mahdavian is a Managing Director in the RMBS Group at Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA).
Prior to joining KBRA, Sharif was a vice president at a mortgage compliance and due diligence firm servicing the primary and secondary mortgage markets. From 2005-2015, Sharif worked for 10 years in various analytical and management roles in the U.S. RMBS Group at Standard & Poor’s (now S&P Global Ratings). Before that, he was a criminal prosecutor, litigator, and partner in a private law practice for over 12 years.
Sharif holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
