Isha Sinwer is an Executive Director in the U.S. Depository Strategies Group at Nomura.  In her current role, she primarily focuses on development of market-sensitive financial analyses incorporating financial regulatory requirements, and advises institutional clients on strategic and tactical decision making. She has closely followed the evolution of the U.S. regulatory space in the post-GFC rea, analyzing its impact on markets, financial institutions and capital formation.
